Dear Editor,

In the past week, the pasta bar in the Marketplace has been making my life complete. Penne, spaghetti, chicken, shrimp, peppers, onions, mushrooms, the choices and toppings are endless. The fact that it's cooked on a skillet right before my eyes is just an added bonus. My only qualm is the pasta bar schedule. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I have to make a mad dash after my 11:30-12:30 class before the station closes at 1:15. On the weekends, I'm deprived altogether. I personally would like to see the pasta bar open and firing all day, everyday.
